Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to Be a World Champion on mobile devices (iOS and Android), web browsers, and any related services operated by Isaac Padilla (collectively, the "Application" or "Service"). Isaac Padilla is referred to as the "Service Provider".

Effective date: June 10, 2026

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Application. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Application in your jurisdiction.

2. License to Use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your devices for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except where applicable law expressly allows it
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Service Provider's name, logos, or branding without written permission

3. Accounts and Usernames

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

Usernames are display names shown to other users (for example, on leaderboards and in private leagues). Choose a username that does not include your real full name or other sensitive personal information. Do not impersonate another person or entity.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Post or use usernames, league names, or other content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading
• Attempt to cheat, manipulate leaderboards, or abuse rewarded features, purchases, or promotions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application, servers, or networks
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Predictions and league activity in the Application are for entertainment and competition among users. Do not use the Application for gambling where prohibited by law.

The Service Provider may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

If you believe another user has violated these Terms, contact beaworldchampion.app@gmail.com with enough detail for us to review the report.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Match data, team names, logos, and related sports information may be provided by third parties. Those materials belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to third-party trademarks or content.

6. In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional purchases, including Remove Ads and related premium features.

• Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. Purchases on Android are processed by Google. Web purchases, if offered, may be processed by other authorized providers.
• Payment, billing, refunds, and subscription or purchase management are handled according to the applicable store's terms and policies.
• The Service Provider uses RevenueCat and store platforms to verify purchases and restore entitlements. The Service Provider does not collect or store your full payment card details.
• Prices and available offers may change. Any charges will be shown clearly before you confirm a purchase.
• If you reinstall the Application or switch devices, use Restore Purchases (where available) to recover eligible purchases tied to your store account.

7. Advertising

The free version of the Application may display advertisements provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob). Ad partners may collect information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchasing Remove Ads removes advertising placements in the Application as described at the time of purchase. Ad availability and fill may vary by region, device, and platform policies.

8. Leaderboards, Points, and Game Data

Points, ranks, leaderboards, and tournament data are provided for entertainment. The Service Provider may adjust scoring rules, correct errors, or reset data when necessary to maintain fair play or fix technical issues.

Sports schedules, scores, standings, and statistics may come from third-party sources. The Service Provider does not guarantee that this information is complete, accurate, or available at all times.

9. Internet, Devices, and Updates

Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are responsible for any data or carrier charges from your provider.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and maintained. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the Service because of device, network, or account issues outside our control.

The Service Provider may release updates to improve security, compatibility, or features. You may need to install updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider may stop supporting older versions without notice.

The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may affect security and Application performance.

10. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and privacy practices, including:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• RevenueCat
• Apple Media Services (for iOS purchases)

Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Application.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms

The Service Provider may modify the Application or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, violate applicable law, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service.

Where reasonable, the Service Provider will notify you of a material breach and give you an opportunity to cure it within 14 days. Immediate suspension or termination may apply for serious violations (for example, fraud, illegal activity, or repeated abuse).

Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends and you must stop using and delete copies of the Application from your devices, subject to any rights you retain under applicable store refund or consumer laws.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Application.

The Service Provider remains fully liable where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Application shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to the Service Provider for the Application in the 12 months before the claim, or
• The minimum amount required by applicable law.

If the Application is provided free of charge, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

The Service Provider is not liable for loss arising from reliance on third-party sports data, advertisements, or external services.

16. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Application, including content or conduct associated with your account.

This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from the Service Provider's negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In jurisdictions where consumer indemnification is restricted, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Disputes shall be brought in courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be modified only as much as needed to make it enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the Application and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
