Delete Your Account — Be A World Champion
You can delete your account and associated data in two ways.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open Be A World Champion
- Go to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Timeline: Your account and associated data are deleted immediately after you confirm. You will be signed out right away.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access the app (for example, you uninstalled it or cannot sign in), email us:
To: beaworldchampion.app@gmail.com
From: the email address linked to your account
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: your account email address
Timeline: We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your account information (email, username, profile)
- Your predictions
- Your league/tournament memberships
- Your leaderboard data tied to your account
- Your login credentials and authentication account
If you own a private league/tournament, ownership may be transferred to another member. If no other members exist, the league/tournament may be deleted.
What we may retain
We may keep the following for up to 12 months, or longer if required by law:
- Purchase records (for tax and legal compliance)
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics data
Third-party services
Third-party services such as Firebase, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat may retain some data according to their own privacy policies.
Deleting your account in our app does not automatically delete all data held by these providers.
